The capacity to successfully create, influence, and lead workplace culture is one of the key human resource management competencies required for success in this industry. Strong workplace culture can mean different things depending on the firm, but at its heart it refers to an atmosphere that is supportive, constructive, and healthy for all employees and is established by the group’s basic beliefs and habits. The major decision-makers of the company, including human resources, define and guide this, which is frequently shaped by the workers in an organization.
