Temporary Staffing Turnaround
Perhaps you require only 1 or 50 members of staff for a job. Our temporary resourcing services means you are able to scale-up or scale-down the recruiting process based on the required business demands. We have a readily available database of contractors/temps with specialized skills. Temps or commonly known as ‘Casuals’ are provided with a proper training, which details our processes, code of conduct and customer service amongst others. We ensure that temporary staff members are prepared prior to arriving at their assignment. We manage performance of our temporary staff members; maintaining contact with them and the client throughout the duration of their assignment.
