Permanent Recruitment

Time to Sourcing: Generalist Skills: 1 day – 5 days; Scarce Skills: 10 days

Our permanent recruitment services include, but are not limited to:

(a) Taking a detailed brief from our clients to minimise queries and enhance our search capabilities;

(b) Designing and delivering on a recruitment strategy;

(c) Effective screening and formal interviewing of potential candidates;

(d) Preparing a detailed short-list of successful candidates;

(e) Regretting unsuccessful candidates where necessary, and;

(f) Negotiating employment contracts with the successful candidate where necessary.

Temporary Staffing Turnaround

Perhaps you require only 1 or 50 members of staff for a job. Our temporary resourcing services means you are able to scale-up or scale-down the recruiting process based on the required business demands. We have a readily available database of contractors/temps with specialized skills. Temps or commonly known as ‘Casuals’ are provided with a proper training, which details our processes, code of conduct and customer service amongst others. We ensure that temporary staff members are prepared prior to arriving at their assignment. We manage performance of our temporary staff members; maintaining contact with them and the client throughout the duration of their assignment.
