 Consequences of having low Self – Confidence and how to overcome it.

People with low confidence face a lot disapproval, criticism and withdrawal in their workplace. They would fear to face challenges, voice out their opinions and fear to take responsibilities and form part in any teambuilding activities. Having high or low self-confidence is rarely related to your actual abilities, and mostly based on your perceptions. Perceptions are the way you think about yourself and these thoughts can be flawed. Your perception about yourself is much important.

Invest good thoughts about you, be a magnet of love and positive energy. Take a look at those high level of self confidence individuals. They are highly appreciated and everyone would love to be with them.

 Let’s be real

Imagine everyone is loving your vibe, loving your confidence and your energy and many people in your surrounding is taking an inspiration on your attitude and taking advices from you.   1. Express your feelings, beliefs and needs directly and respectfully
  2. Learn to say no to unreasonable requests.
  3. Slow down when you are feeling intense emotions and think logically about the situation.
  4. Don’t compare yourself to others, you are worth it and unique.
